Alternatives to New Hire Questionable Questions?
After reading the previous posts, you should have a good
understanding of what you need to do with the documents presented by new hires,
and you should also know that there are some questions that you should not be
asking potential new hires.
So what can you ask? Here
are a few lists of “appropriate” and “non-appropriate” questions that you can
review, so that you can formulate the questions you want to ask your
candidates.

Andrews University also has a list of good and bad
questions, but they go a step further in speaking about Legal Issues resulting
from statements by a hiring manager that could be misconstrued as “promises”
about the employment, and about “negligent hiring”.
